We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in heavy industry (Oil and Gas, Renewables, Civil, Manufacturing etc.) recruitment to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting top talent to building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new clients, build lasting relationships.
  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for a variety of roles.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, and referrals, to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles and organizations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing strategic guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, providing timely feedback, guidance, and support to ensure a positive recruitment experience for all parties involved.
  • Manage candidate pipelines through our applicant tracking systems to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process from initial contact to placement.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in your chosen recruitment vertical, and proactively share insights and knowledge with the team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client and position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on heavy industry or related sectors.
  • Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
  • Proven track record of success in sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates in a competitive recruitment environment.
  • Strong understanding of heavy industry roles, requirements, and challenges, with the ability to effectively assess candidates' technical skills and experience.
  • Strong network and connections within the heavy industry sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven and motivated to build and expand a new division within Intelligenciia.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
