Intelligenciia is the retained and exclusive recruitment partner for a lithium extraction company that has developed proprietary extraction media used within its Direct Lithium Extraction platform.

This role sits within the media manufacturing division and represents the first engineering hire within this function.

The company is transitioning from small scale internal production to a 50 ton per annum commercial manufacturing facility. Following successful commissioning, the platform is designed to scale to 500 tons per annum as deployment increases.

The team will expand to three engineers as the 50 ton facility comes online.

This position combines laboratory experimentation, pilot scale optimization, and participation in commissioning and early stage production. You will work directly with the materials engineer who designed the system.

The role operates within a controlled access, high security research and manufacturing environment with strict intellectual property protections.
