Intelligenciia is the retained and exclusive recruitment partner for a scaling lithium production company commercializing Direct Lithium Extraction technology in the United States.

We are looking for 3 individuals to join our plant operations and forms part of the first engineering cohort responsible for commissioning and operating a 5,000 barrel per day Direct Lithium Extraction unit.

Following an initial commissioning and structured training phase, this same team will transition to operating a 100,000 to 200,000 barrel per day commercial facility.

The position is plant based and includes control room responsibility. You will gain exposure to the full process from oilfield brine through to battery grade lithium carbonate production.

The role reports into the Senior Hydrometallurgical Engineer and works closely with plant operators and commissioning partners.

Following commissioning, the facility will operate continuously and roster patterns will adjust accordingly.
