Our client is seeking a Vice President, Investor Relations to lead communication with the investment community and help articulate the company’s strategic and technical story to the market.

Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and leadership team, this individual will have existing relationships in place, foster new ones and manage relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other market participants. The role will focus on ensuring the market understands the company’s assets, strategy, and development progress through clear and consistent communication.

Following a recent financing that significantly expanded the company’s institutional shareholder base, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining engagement with investors and ensuring important developments are effectively communicated to the market. This individual will help translate technical and operational updates into clear investor messaging while providing insight into investor sentiment and market expectations.

The Investor Relations function will work closely with key executives to ensure strategic initiatives, partnerships, and major milestones are communicated clearly to shareholders and the broader market.
