- Develop and update a pipeline of relevant mining companies, projects, transactions and strategic opportunities.
- Coordinate financial, technical, legal and commercial due diligence with internal teams, external advisors and transaction counterparties.

- Prepare investment cases, valuation materials, financing analyses, briefing documents and presentations for the Vice President, executive leadership and Board.
- Partner with technical teams to incorporate geological, engineering, permitting, development and operating assumptions into financial models and strategic analysis.
- Collaborate with Investor Relations to ensure strategic initiatives, financings and transactions are accurately reflected in investor-facing communications.
Requirements

- Strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities, including mining project economics, comparable-company analysis, precedent transactions and financing scenarios.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate mining assets, investments and strategic opportunities across exploration and development-stage projects.
- Working knowledge of M&A, joint ventures, strategic investments, debt and equity financing and broader corporate transaction processes.
- Ability to interpret and synthesize technical, financial and commercial information into clear analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Hands-on experience supporting due diligence, financing or transaction processes involving internal teams, external advisors and other stakeholders.
